Training

A working group focused on training, led by stakeholders in the fields of edible and ornamental horticulture, is currently being finalized.

The objectives of this working group are:

• Identifying and understanding training and educational needs in the edible horticulture and small animal sectors;
• Sharing best practices and advice among peers;
• Developing new training programs and modules that meet the needs of the field;
• Developing synergies among training providers and creating shared modules;
• Adapting training in the horticultural sector to make it more attractive and draw in new students.
