Organic waste is a valuable resource that needs to be valorized for the benefit of horticultural and edible animal sectors. Transformed, they can be reintegrated into the food and feed chain or become essential soil nutrients. The group is currently focusing on the valorization of organic waste through the insect sector. Vermicompost, frass, protein feed... the outlets are numerous. How can we circularize the process from A to Z? How can we bring these organic waste recovery solutions directly to the farm?
