Bringing together the major Walloon players in research and innovation in open field agriculture, this working group has several objectives:

  • Visits to each player's facilities;
  • Sharing of practices and infrastructures;
  • Identification of subjects of common interest to increase collaboration;
  • Identify the challenges faced by market gardeners, for which research and innovation could provide solutions.

Bringing together CRA-W, Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, Fermes universitaires de Louvain, Haute Ecole Provinciale de Hainaut Condorcet and Perma-Projects, the partners are seeking to set up a project to support organic, permacultural and agroecological agriculture, by objectifying its benefits for people and nature.
